Understanding Your Options

License Test at The Next Street  $150+ DMV fees 

We make it easy to pass your license test! Avoid going to the DMV on test day and book your license test at The Next Street.  The DMV agent will come to one of our testing locations and test you in our car. Our Testing Host is on hand to answer any last-minute test day questions. 

Meet At The DMV $399, plus any DMV test fees 

We make it easy to test at the DMV too! Our testing specialist will find and schedule the next test date available at your preferred DMV Hub location. You get the same great service as our Test at The Next Street (in our car, with our Test Host to support) but at a DMV Hub Branch.  

*Per DMV policy, students MUST complete one, 2 hr driving lesson with us in order to be eligible for either of our testing options.

We offer license test appointments at our convenient locations across the State of Connecticut. Tests run every 15 minutes between 8am and 1pm. Understanding Connecticut’s  License Testing Requirements
The CT DMV requires that new driver’s applying for a license have a CT permit, completed a driver’s ed classroom program at a driving school, completed all purchased driving lessons and logged 40 hours of driving practice between lessons and at home practice at least 5 days before attending their license test appointment.
